Baked Tilapia with Gralic and Herb Oil

Ingredients
- 4 6 oz. tilapia filets
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 8 oz. frozen chopped spinach, drained, patted dry
- 1/2 cup Spanish onion, chopped into 1/4-inch dices
- 4 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Rub tilapia fillets with 1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil

Sprinkle Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend evenly on each fillet.

In a separate bowl, toss spinach and onion with remaining olive oil.

Spread spinach and onion mixture in 4 rows on baking sheet. Top each with a tilapia fillet.

Bake 5 to 7 minutes, depending on fillet thickness.
