Baked Tuna Loaf

Ingredients

  • 2 7 oz. cans tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1 cup rolled oats, uncooked
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions

  1. Preheat slow-cooker at medium with mixing ingredients.

  2. In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Pack into 9 × 5 inch loaf pan. Place pan inside slow-cooker pot. Cover and bake at medium for 2 hours.

  3. Place inverted platter over loaf pan and turn right side up to remove loaf from pan. Serve with tartar sauce, if desired.
