Baked Tuna Salad

Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 1 can ( 7 oz.) tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, drained and sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp. instant minced onion
  • Cracker crumbs

Directions

  1. Mix tuna, celery and water chestnuts. Blend mayonnaise with the milk and add with onion to mixture. Turn into shallow 1-quart baking dish and sprinkle with crumbs.

  2. Bake in 350 degree oven 30 to 35 minutes or until bubbly.
