Ingredients
- 2 lbs large carrots cut into 2 inch pieces
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 tbsp. honey
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- Salt & pepper
- Parsley
Directions

preheat oven to 425

in medium saucepan add butter and cook over medium high heat

Continue to whisk for a few minutes until butter starts to become frothy and brown

Add honey and garlic and remove from heat

In large bowl add carrots and drizzle sauce on top , toss until well coated and spread evenly on large baking sheet

Season with salt and pepper

Bake 15-20 mins

First 10 mins covered with foil

Serve and garnish with parsley
