Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Bananas
  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • Blackberries
  • Mangoes
  • Strawberries
  • Mandarin Oranges
  • Pineapples
  • Peaches
  • Orange juice
  • Honey
  • Plain Yogurt

Directions

  1. Get soft fruit combo. Wash it. (Use frozen fruit if you can’t get fresh.)

  2. Peel a banana. Break into bits with fingers. Chuck into tall plastic jug.

  3. Drop in fruit combo.

  4. Drizzle a bit of honey in there.

  5. Stick milk or yogurt in to cover fruit. Sub in a bit of plain yogurt if you like.

  6. Blitz and froth. Drink it
