- Bananas
- Raspberries
- Blueberries
- Blackberries
- Mangoes
- Strawberries
- Mandarin Oranges
- Pineapples
- Peaches
- Orange juice
- Honey
- Plain Yogurt
Directions

Get soft fruit combo. Wash it. (Use frozen fruit if you can’t get fresh.)

Peel a banana. Break into bits with fingers. Chuck into tall plastic jug.

Drop in fruit combo.

Drizzle a bit of honey in there.

Stick milk or yogurt in to cover fruit. Sub in a bit of plain yogurt if you like.

Blitz and froth. Drink it
