Ingredients
- 2 lbs large sweet potatoes
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a sprayer (I used a Misto)
- Kosher Salt
- Pepper
Directions

Boil sweet potatoes in salted water for 10-15 minutes until tender. Allow to cool. Cut into wedges and place on a baking tray. Spray with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and grill about 3 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with salt again.

Serve immediately or place fries directly on a cooling rack to prevent mushy fries.
