Artichoke, Basil and Mozzarella Bruschetta

Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1/4 cup basil, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. dried red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- salt to tast
- 1 loaf french or italian bread
Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Let it set for several hours so flavors develop. Slice bread and toast. Spoon topping onto bread. Enjoy!
