Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. grated Gruyere
  • 1 lb. grated American cheese
  • 1 cup chopped marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1 seeded and chopped plum tomato
  • Handful of chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400. In a large baking dish or ovenproof skillet, mix the cheeses. Bake until brown and bubbly in spots, about 20 minutes. Add the rest of the toppings, then get dipping.
