Texas Caviar

Ingredients
- 1 can garbanzo beans, drained
- 1 can black eyed peas, drained
- 1 can yellow hominy, drained
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup cilantro, diced
- green peppers, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup black olives, sliced
Directions

Mix garbanzo beans, black eyed peas, yellow hominy, whole kernel corn and black beans.

Add cilantro, tomatoes, black olives and green peppers.

Pour a bottle of non-fat Itailan salad dressing over all.

Let ‘stew’ over night or at least 4 hours.
