Ingredients
- Ranch Dressing:
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard powder
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh chives
- 3 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
- kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- Salad:
- 4 cups pulled pork
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 8 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 cups slaw
- 4 beefsteak tomatoes, cored and quartered

For the dressing:

In a small bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, mayonnaise, sour cream, cider vinegar, garlic, mustard powder, thyme, chives and barbecue sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until ready to use.

In a large bowl, toss together the pork and the barbecue sauce.

Divide the salad blend among the individual plates. Drizzle the dressing over the salad blend to taste. top with one quarter of the pork. Then garnish with a large spoonful of slaw and the tomatoes.
