Baked Salmon in Sour Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 3 to 4 lb. salmon
  • 2 tsp. onion juice
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions

  1. Wipe salmon with a damp cloth; place in a baking dish, skin side down. Pour over combined onion and lemon juices, seasoned with salt and pepper. Pour sour cream over all. Bake at 400 degrees about 45 minutes.
