Ingredients
- 1 lb. canned or frozen crabmeat
- 1 lb. shrimp, cooked, shelled
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can artichokes, cut small
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 1/2 cups finely chopped celery
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups coarsely crushed potato chips
- Paprika to taste
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Combine crab meat, shrimp, mayonnaise, artichokes, green pepper, onion, celery, salt and Worcestershire sauce; pour into 2 1/2 quart casserole. Top with potato chips. Sprinkle with paprika and cheese. Bake 20 to25 minutes or until mixture is thoroughly heated. Serve on hot buttered rice.
