Baked Seafood Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. canned or frozen crabmeat
  • 1 lb. shrimp, cooked, shelled
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can artichokes, cut small
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 cups finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups coarsely crushed potato chips
  • Paprika to taste
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Combine crab meat, shrimp, mayonnaise, artichokes, green pepper, onion, celery, salt and Worcestershire sauce; pour into 2 1/2 quart casserole. Top with potato chips. Sprinkle with paprika and cheese. Bake 20 to25 minutes or until mixture is thoroughly heated. Serve on hot buttered rice.
