Ingredients
- 1 roe shad
- salt to taste
- melted fat or salad oil
- celery salt to taste
- Paprika to taste

Rub iside of fish with salt; place on greased heavy paper in shallow baking pan. Brush with melted fat; sprinkle with celery salt and paprika. Bake at 225 degrees for 5 hours and 30 minutes.
