Baked Shad

Ingredients

  • 1 roe shad
  • salt to taste
  • melted fat or salad oil
  • celery salt to taste
  • Paprika to taste

Directions

  1. Rub iside of fish with salt; place on greased heavy paper in shallow baking pan. Brush with melted fat; sprinkle with celery salt and paprika. Bake at 225 degrees for 5 hours and 30 minutes.
