Ingredients
- 4 bananas
- 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 4 Tbsp. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. kirsch (German bitter cherry liqueur)
Directions

Peel and cut bananas into slices 1/2 inch thick. Place in shallow dish. Sprinkle with sugar.Add orange juice. Let stand in refrigerator for 1/2 hour. Serve I sherry glasses. Sprinkle with kirsch.
