Ingredients
- 2 cups halved multicolored cherry tomatoes
- 1/8 tsp kosher salt
- 1 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped Kalamata olives
- 2 tbsp. fresh oregano leaves
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
Directions

Combine tomatoes and kosher salt in a large bowl. Let stand 5 minutes. Add cucumber, red onion, olives, oregano, olive oil, vinegar, and red pepper; toss.
