Ingredients
- 4 avocados, mashed
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. minced cilantro
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
- 1 tsp of the adobo sauce
Directions

Stir together first 8 ingredients. Spread mixture into a serving bowl. Finely chop chipotle and mix with adobo sauce. Spoon over the guacamole.
