Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 large ripe bananas, cut in chunks
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked quick-cooking or old-fashioned oats
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 cup dark seedless raisins

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In large bow, with mixer at medium speed, beat butter or margarine with sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in bananas until mixed. With spoon, stir in remaining ingredients until well combined.

Onto 2 large cookie sheets, drop dough by level tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart.

Bake 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown. With pancake turner, remove cookies immediately to wire racks; cool.
