Ingredients
- 15.5 oz. can chickpeas, rinsed
- 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup olive oil, plus more for drizzling
- 1 tsp. toasted coriander seeds, crushed
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

In food processor, puree chickpeas, lemon juice and garlic. With machine running, steam in 1/3 cup oil; season. Transfer hummus to wide bowl. Top with coriander seeds, feta and mint; season. Drizzle with oil. Serve with pita chips or fresh veggies.
