Banana- Grape Mold

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 envelopes (1 1/2 Tbsp.) unflavored gelatin
  • 6 Tbsp. cold water
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened grape juice
  • 18 drops Sweeta
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 cup banana slices
  • 1 cup diced orange sections

Directions

  1. Sprinkle gelatin on cold water. Heat grape juice; pour over gelatin. Add Sweeta and lemon juice; stir to blend.

  2. Chill until syrupy; fold in fruit. Spoon into 1-quart mold. Chill until firm.
