Ingredients
- 1 cup soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 1 beaten egg
- onion
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 Tbsp. catsup
- 3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1 cup strained tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cup whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- parsley
Directions

Soften bread crumbs in milk; add ground beef, egg, 2 Tbsp. grated onion, 1 tsp. salt, Worcestershire sauce and catsup.

Mix well; line bottom and sides of 10-inch pie pan with beef mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Cook 1/4 cup chopped onion in butter until golden, stirring frequently. Add tomatoes, corn, remaining salt and basil; simmer for 10 minutes. Fill meat crust with hot corn mixture and continue baking dfor 5 minutres; garnish with parsley.
