Banana Milk Shake

Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 1 cup low-fat yogurt (strawberry or blueberry)
Directions

Place banana, orange juice and skim milk in blender. Blend for 1 or 2 seconds until smooth.

Stir in yogurt. Chill, if desired, then serve.
