Banana Milk Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup low-fat yogurt (strawberry or blueberry)

Directions

  1. Place banana, orange juice and skim milk in blender. Blend for 1 or 2 seconds until smooth.

  2. Stir in yogurt. Chill, if desired, then serve.
