Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 3 medium(
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- Topping:
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

In a mixing bowl, bet the cream cheese, butter and sugar. Ass eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add the bananas and vanilla.

Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda; gradually add to the creamed mixture.

Combine topping ingredients; add half to batter. Transfer batter to a greased 13 × 9 × 2 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with remaining topping.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
