Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon Jell-O
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 5 large bananas
- 5 tsp. sugar
- 1 cup cream, whipped
Directions

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Chill.

In food processor, combine banana pulp and sugar. Fold in whipped cream.

When Jell-O is slightly thickened, beat with rotary egg beater until the consistency of whipped cream. Fold in cream mixture.

Turn into mold. Chill until firm. Unmold. Serve with additional whipped cream.
