Banana Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon Jell-O
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 5 large bananas
  • 5 tsp. sugar
  • 1 cup cream, whipped

Directions

  1. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Chill.

  2. In food processor, combine banana pulp and sugar. Fold in whipped cream.

  3. When Jell-O is slightly thickened, beat with rotary egg beater until the consistency of whipped cream. Fold in cream mixture.

  4. Turn into mold. Chill until firm. Unmold. Serve with additional whipped cream.
