Banana Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 baked pie shell
  • 3 medium bananas
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 cup lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

Directions

  1. Slice 2 bananas; place then in pie shell.

  2. Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add milk gradually and continue beating until mixture is smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into pie shell; chill until filling is firm.

  3. About 1 hour before serving, slice remaining banana; arrange slices on top of pie filling.
