Ingredients
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 large ripe bananas
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Directions

Cream shortening, add sugar, then eggs.

Mash bananas and add alternately with flour mixture.

Bake in a 9 × 5 loaf pan at 3254 degrees for 1 hour.
