Ingredients

• 2 boxes lemon Jell-O
• 4 cups hot water
• 16 large marshmallows
• 4 sliced bananas
• 1 cup whipped cream
• 1 cup pineapple juice
• 1 No. 2 can crushed pineapple
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 Tbsp. flour
• 1 Tbsp. oleo
• 2 eggs, beaten
• Crushed nuts

Directions

1. Dissolve Jell-O in hot water; stir in marshmallows until melted. Cool. Add bananas and pineapple. Place in 13 × 9 inch pan. Refrigerate until firm.

2. Cook pineapple juice, sugar, flour and eggs until thick, stirring constantly. Cool. Fold I whipped cream. Spread over salad. Sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
