Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- 1 tsp fresh oregano
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 4 cups halved cherry tomatoes
Directions

Mix together oil, vinegar, herbs, sugar, and salt in a small bowl until combined.

Put tomatoes in a serving dish, add dressing and gently stir to coat. Cover tightly and chill at least 2 hours and up to 8 hours. Gently stir to coat tomatoes before serving.
