Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 can black olives, chopped
- 1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
- 1 round loaf of crusty Italian bread
- 1/2 lb. sliced deli turkey
- 1/2 lb. sliced deli ham
- 1/4 lb. sliced salami
- 1/2 lb. sliced mozzarella
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 6 lettuce leaves
Directions

Stir together oil, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, oregano and pepper in a bowl. Stir in olives and mushrooms.

Cut bread loaf in half horizontally. Scoop out inside, leaving a 1/2-inch thick shell. Spread two-thirds of olive mixture in bottom of bread shell, then layer on turkey, ham, salami, cheese, tomato and lettuce. Add remaining olive mixture and top half of bread.

Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate 8 hours (overnight). Slice into 8 wedges to serve.
