Ingredients
- 1 cup packed fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup roasted garlic
- 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions

Put basil, garlic, Parmesan, and vinegar in a blender. Cover and blend until combined. With blender running, slowly add oil in a steady stream through opening in lid. Transfer to a small bowl. Add pepper and salt.
