Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground sirloin
- 2 oz. crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped basil plus 24 whole fresh basil leaves
- 1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
- 4 pretzel buns, split and toasted
- 4 tomato slices

Preheat an outdoor grill to medium heat.

Mix beef, Gorgonzola, chopped basil, garlic, pepper, and onion powder with your hands in a large bowl. Divide mixture evenly into 4 portions and shape into patties.

Lightly oil grill grate. Grill patties, turning once, until meat is no longer pink, 8-10 minutes. Serve on buns, topping each with 6 basil leaves and a tomato slice.
