Ingredients
- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 pieces uncooked thick sliced pork bacon
- 2 slices cheddar cheese (chunks from a block will do)
- 1/2 cup bbq sauce
- 1 cup sour cream

eheat oven to 375. Pound the chicken breasts flat using a meat tenderizing mallet. Place one slice of cheese on each chicken breast and roll together to form a roll/log. Use one slice of bacon for each chicken breast and wrap around the outside of the roll, tucking the ends under to secure. Place in small glass baking dish. Combine bbq sauce and sour cream in a small bowl. Pour mixture over both chicken breast logs. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink.
