Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped yellow bell pepper
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 small jalapeno pepper, chopped
- and seeded
- 2 bananas, sliced
Directions

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except bananas. Stir gently. Add bananas and stir until just combined. Cover and refrigerate 3 hours before serving.
