Korean Kalbi Ribs

Ingredients
- 3 pounds Korean style beef short ribs
- 1 cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons Kikkoman Sesame Oil
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped

In a large bowl, combine the sauce, brown sugar, water, garlic, green onions and sesame oil to create the marinade, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Place the ribs in a large zip top bag. Pour the marinade over the ribs, close the bag securely and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.

Preheat your outdoor grill. Remove the ribs from the bag and discard all excess marinade. Grill for about 5 minutes on each side. Or for indoor cooking heat the broiler on high and cook under the broiler for about 5 minutes on each side.
