Ingredients
- 18 Rhodes™ Dinner Rolls or 12 Rhodes Texas™ Rolls, thawed but still cold
- 12 strips bacon
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated asiago cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup diced green onions
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Italian salad dressing
Directions

Cut rolls into 4 equal pieces and drop in a large bowl. Cook bacon and cut into small pieces. Add bacon and remaining ingredients to cut up rolls. Toss together until well combined. Place in a sprayed 10-inch round casserole dish or baking pan. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until double. Remove wrap and bake at 350° 25-30 minutes. Cover with foil last 10 minutes of baking, if necessary, to prevent over browning.
