Rhubarb Crisp
(from gabjos’s recipe box)
I made up this recipe so adjustments may need to be made, I will update each time I make it.
Ingredients
- 6 Cups diced rhubarb
- 1 Tsp salt
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/4 Cup flour
- 2 Cups butter or Margarine
- 2 Cups brown sugar
Directions

In a 13×9 pan add the rhubarb

then add white sugar

in bowel mix flour, salt, brown sugar

blend in butter, batter should be crumbly

put batter over the rhubarb

bake at 350 until top is brown approx 40 to 50 minutes
