Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) strawberry-flavor gelatin
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp. curacao
- 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
Directions

Prepare gelatin, following pkg. directions. Pour into an 8 × 8 × 2-inch pan. Refrigerate until firm.

Combine banana, sugar and curacaos in small saucepan; heat just to boiling. Cool. Fold in whipped cream.

Cut gelatin into cubes; alternate with banana sauce in 6 medium-size parfait glasses. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
