Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh oregano
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 large lemons, zested and juiced
- 1 tbsp. smoked paprika
- 2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 6 bone-in chicken breasts
- 4 lemons, halved
- Garnish: fresh oregano

In a large Ziploc bag, combine oregano, oil, garlic, lemon zest and juice, paprika, salt and pepper. Add chicken; seal bag. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Remove chicken from bag, discarding marinade. Let stand at room temp for at least 30 minutes.

Spray grill rack with cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Grill chicken, skin side up, over direct heat with grill lid closed for 5-8 minutes. Turn chicken skin side down, and grill until browned, 8-10 minutes. Turn chicken skin side up and move to indirect heat. Grill until cooked through, 35-40 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes.

Place lemons cut side down on grill. Cook until grill marks form. Serve chicken with grilled lemons. Garnish with oregano.
