Ingredients
- 1 lb. Padron peppers
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. Spanish sherry
- Flaky sea salt, for garnish
Directions

Build a hot fire.

Toss peppers with oil, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Transfer to a grill basket.

Grill the peppers, shaking the basket frequently, until sizzling and browned, 5-8 minutes.

Return the pepper to the bowl. Drizzle with sherry and toss to coat. Transfer to a serving platter and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
