Ingredients
- 1/2 cup canned chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. chopped black olives
- 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp. toasted pine nuts
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. minced preserved lemon
- 1 tsp. za'atar spice blend

Finely chop chickpeas into a chunky paste. Mix with olive oil, olives, parsley, pine nuts, lemon juice, preserved lemon and za’atar.
