Ingredients
- 1 scallion, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp. grated peeled fresh ginger
- Vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tbsp. hoisin
- Salt and pepper

Saute scallion and ginger in vegetable oil, until softened, 1 minute. Mix with barbecue sauce and hoisin; season with salt and pepper.
