Ingredients
- 1/2 c water (lukewarm)
- 2 T yeast
- few grains sugar
- 2 T salt
- 6 T sugar
- 6 T oil
- 4 c milk (scalded in microwave)
- 1 c water (cold)
- 13 c flour
Directions

Take the first three ingredients, stick in a small bowl and get the yeast started.

In a separate bowl, take ingredients 4-6 and mix together with the scalded milk (7).

Add cold water, then the yeast mixture.

Add the flour in 2 parts. Knead for 12 minutes after combined.

Use 1 c flour to roll out.

Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or 300 for 25 minutes.
