Ingredients
- 4 oz. can whole green chiles, drained
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 scallion, sliced
- 1 tbsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- Pinch of dried oregano
- Salt
- Pepper
- Green Hot Sauce
Directions

Pulse chiles in a food processor with cilantro, scallions, lime juice, honey, salt and oregano. Season with salt, pepper and green hot sauce.
