Bandit BBQ Slaw

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. shredded cabbage OR slaw mix
  • 1 cup chopped green onion
  • 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup canola oil
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, green onion and bell pepper. add sugar and mix well.

  2. In a saucepoan, combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour over cabbage mixture, cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight before serving.
