Ingredients
- 1 (8-inch) pie crust or tart shell
- 1 cup prepared thick caramel sauce OR Dulce de Leche
- 2 to 3 ripe bananas
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
- Scant once semisweet chocolate shavings
Directions

Spread caramel evenly into the bottom of the pie crust. Slice bananas and scatter the slices evenly over the caramel.

Beat the cream to soft peaks. Spoon over bananas. Sprinkle with chocolate. Serve immediately.
