Hot Fudge Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Crisco
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 cup canned evaporated milk
  • dash or salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

  1. Mix the sugar, cocoa and flour together in a small bowl.

  2. In a saucepan, melt the Crisco and butter, then add the sugar mixture, evaporated milk and salt to the saucepan. Boil until mixture thickens, then add vanilla. Serve hot over ice cream.
