Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cornmeal
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- Pinch cayenne
- 24 dill pickle chips
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Directions

Whisk cornmeal and cornstarch with a pinch of cayenne. Toss pickle chips with 1 tsp. cornstarch; dip in egg, then dredge in the cornmeal. Fry in 2 inches 375 degree vegetable oil until golden, about 3 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on a rack.
