Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh parsley
- 1 cup fresh basil
- 1 tbsp. capers
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp Dijon
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Directions

Pulse all ingredients except olive oil in a food processor. Slowly pulse in olive oil.
