Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mixed pitted green and black olives
- 1/2 cup spicy giardiniera, drained
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp. capers
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 scallion, sliced
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- Salt
Directions

Pulse olives and giardiniera in a food processor with olive oil, vinegar, parsley, capers, garlic, scallion, and oregano until chunky; season with salt. Thin with more olive oil, if needed.
