Ingredients
- 8 oz. sliced white mushrooms
- Olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
Directions

Saute mushrooms in olive oil over medium-high heat until browned. Add garlic and season with salt and pepper; saute 1 minute. Add butter and vinegar and saute until the mushrooms are glazed.
