Ingredients
- 8 lamb rib chops
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. oregano leaves, chopped
- 1 cup mint leaves, chopped
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1/4 cup finely sliced scallions
- 1 packed tsp. grated lemon zest
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions

Place lamb chops in a dish in a single layer. Mix Worcestershire together with remaining ingredients and pour half over chops, turning to coat both sides. Let sit 30 minutes or refrigerate up to 1 day.

Heat grill to medium-high. Cook chops to desired doneness, 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare to medium. Serve with remaining sauce.
