Grilled Lamb Chops Seasoned with Worcestershire, Garlic and Herbs

Ingredients

  • 8 lamb rib chops
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp. oregano leaves, chopped
  • 1 cup mint leaves, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1/4 cup finely sliced scallions
  • 1 packed tsp. grated lemon zest
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Place lamb chops in a dish in a single layer. Mix Worcestershire together with remaining ingredients and pour half over chops, turning to coat both sides. Let sit 30 minutes or refrigerate up to 1 day.

  2. Heat grill to medium-high. Cook chops to desired doneness, 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare to medium. Serve with remaining sauce.
